1. A report has claimed that following conflicting judgment by the Federal High court in Abuja and Port Harcourt over the Wednesday’s ( today) PDP national convention, the Independent National Convention, INEC, is confused and in a great dilemma about which judgment to obey. The report claimed that it’s likely that INEC will obey the Port Harcourt judgment as Justice Abang Okon was yet to serve INEC its ruling at at the last check.

2. Nigeria’s sprinter and five-time African Junior Champion, Ejowvokoghene Oduduru, on Tuesday got into the semifinals of 200 metres in the ongoing Olympics Games in Rio, Brazil. The athlete came 2nd behind Usain Bolt. The athlete has now joied Blessing Okagbare who is also in the semi-final stage.
