ENUGU—ARRANGEMENTS have been concluded for the celebration of the 78th birthday of former Biafran leader and Ikemba Nnewi, Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, who is still recuperating in a London hospital.

This came as Movement for the Actualisation of the Sovereign State of Biafra, MASSOB, said its members would celebrate the birthday with solemnity in Enugu.
Wife of the president, Dame Patience Jonathan, the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA governors, Peter Obi and Rochas Okorocha of Anambra and Imo states, some former governors in the South-East and South-South states and other eminent personalities from Igboland have already indicated their interest to grace the occasion scheduled to hold at Ojukwu’s GRA, Enugu, residence on November 4.
